The purpose of the Chemical Redistribution application is to provide a secured, classified-like web system for UD principal investigators to post chemicals no longer needed in their lab. Other UD principal investigators can then sign up to assume them. The application records transactions and individual chemical information, enabling OHS administrative personnel to generate reports using Microsoft Excel or Access. The application is meant to assist in the reduction of surplus chemicals and chemical waste on campus.
