Job Documentation Questionnaire allows employees enter information about their positions into a 12-part form for use by the Professional Staff Classification Review Committee. The form is divided into separate pages that allow the employee to complete the form in several sittings without losing data. Upon completion the employee's supervisor is automatically notified by e-mail. Java Server Pages were used to develop this project quickly from the original HTML source.
