Kiosks are located throughout campus to provide unattended, self-serve access for students, faculty, parents, and visitors to campus. Access to secured and unsecured information is available. Kiosk data may be site specific as in a kiosk used at a conference or more general as in area attractions, restaurants, and lodging. Kiosks provide secured access for transactions such as viewing grades or individual personnel information. NetSitter, a program developed at UD, provides a secure environment for kiosk operations by masking the web browser and limiting or permitting access to Internet information.
