Delaware's Web interface to the PeopleSoft HR system provides self-service access for employees and view-only screens for departmental liaisons. "HR Actions" are intelligent electronic forms providing support for workflow and routing. These interfaces were created using Java Servlets and Java Server Pages with data access through the Oracle database or the PeopleSoft message agent.
